It seems you have perforated ear drum. It should be treated by tympanoplasty operation. Ear drops are only temporary treatment to be used for a brief period only when there is ear discharge.

You say your tympanic membrane is broken and if it is so you need surgery tympanoplasty . Do not take bath by dipping in water or diving in pools .
