If you do not have any discomfort and the tooth is impacted completely you can let it be it will cause no harm. It causes crowding only when it is erupting and putting pressure on the front teeth.

If it is not painful, it is safe. In later years, either that root pieces will get resorbed or will come out itself. Just keep consulting your dentist every six months to see that it will not turn infectious.
