it would be more helpful if you can share all medicine details/ prescription for review.

Usually cholesterol medicine is lifelong if you have had a stroke or heart attack or pulmonary embolism. What is indication of starting your medicine will say whether you can stop it or not.
But if you stop it by yourself do repeat lipid profile and cholesterol levels 2 weekly for 1 month. Then monthly for half a year and then half yearly. If all these reports are normal and you don't have any underlying disease.

Check hemoglobin.
Take iron and calcium supplements.
Vit a, d, e and k supplements are needed as per symptoms. As these are fat soluble vitamins. They get affected by antilipid medicine

It should, but more importantly you should focus on diet and exercise as well. Cut carbs from your diet, avoid sugar as much as possible, and try to get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity exercise.
If your weight is high, you should aim at reducing that as well.
