The best suggestion would be to ask yourself why is it so ? If needed take the help of a friend or family member to talk it out and relax your mind. Please do go for a health check up with a doctor ( proactive way to stay well informed and take things into your hands ). Read about sleep hygiene, and bring about overall lifestyle changes. Dear user. I can understand. Depressive disorder or depression is a neuro chemical disorder. Suicidal tendency is one main symptom of depression. You must be able to distinguish between mental disease and mental disorder. Your problem is a mental disorder. Not a mental disease. These mental disorders are usually treated with a combination of medicines and other means like awareness, meditation, Psychotherapy techniques, life style changes etc. Take care.

There are not enough reason for this disorder called PLMS but certain triggering factors are responsible like depression, psychological trauma, fatigue etc. There are few homoeopathic medicines for the condition like zincum, bryonia etc. But other symptoms totality are necessary for correct prescription.
