You need to do a dynamic xray of ls spine (xray ls spine lat view- in full flexion and extension), to check for instability. You have to be put on a regime of pain management, exercise and physiotherapy- which is all that is required in over 90 percent patient. In case of failure of conservative management, you might need surgical intervention.

This is probably a Trigeminal Autonomic Cephalalgia, in that too probably SUNCT or SUNA.
You need to be properly evaluated by a Headache specialist.
