Hello-
you might be having a retractile testicle. Testicle that moves back and forth between the groin and the scrotum (the sac underneath the penis) is known as retractile testicle. It is not considered a serious health risk. The condition can affect young boys; most grow out of retractile testicle by puberty.

Just like other body parts it is not necessary that you are testis have to be in total symmetry. Its a usual phenomena to have slight variation in size of testis. This will never interfere in your physical examination. Good luck.

Hello-
It is common for guys to have slightly different size testicles. Usually, the right testicle is larger than the left. Also, one testicle (usually the left) often hangs lower than the other.

Hello-
it's normal for guys to have one testicle a bit bigger than the other. A normal size difference is about the size of half a teaspoon —and usually the right testicle is larger than the left. In your case it sounds like something is going on and you need to see a doctor.

a mild swollen testicle after an injury is common and often goes away after a few days. However, large, or sudden swelling should be immediately treated, as it may point to a more serious underlying condition.
