Whole food containing balanced nutrition work much better than artificial supplements. If food is not corrected, supplements alone do not have much effect. Eating heart friendly food like green veggies and soup, nuts and seeds, sprouts and avoiding packed food must be followed. All the best.

Go for angioplasty don't take any risk because it's the complicated situation. If % of blockage is more so don't go alternative things.
If less then 30% so you can think about it.

No there are other tests as well to make out a perfect diagnosis apart from Echo, Ecg i.e Cardiac CT sacn, Cardiac MRI heart, Stress test, Holter monitor. Cardiac catheterization. Depending upon the symptoms and other generalities.

Hi. A ventricular septal defect (VSD), a hole in the heart, is a common heart defect that's present at birth (congenital). The hole (defect) occurs in the wall (septum) that separates the heart's lower chambers (ventricles) and allows blood to pass from the left to the right side of the heart. Do not worry too much about calories. Please follow VIWA diet:
Vegetarian: All veg foods. Stop animal foods including packed milk & processed milk products.
Indian: Eat foods that are grown locally, avoiding imported fruits & veggies. Wholesome: Eat whole of fruits, vegetables, legume sprouts & nuts, means raw or steamed, without much cooking
