Yesterday I have noticed that my right scrotum is slightly hanging lower than the left one and the right scrotum is also slightly bigger than the left one. I don't have any kind of pain or anything. I have also searched in the internet and hydrocele is the diagnosis I hope so. So please let me know what is it and how will I cure it.

it will be better to get a culture of your urine and then to check the antibiotic . it has to be specific.rest of the medicines seems to be fine. only additional thing to add is SCROTAL SUPPORT which is again very essential. You should also look for probable source of infection to prevent recurrence. Always use protection in physical intimacy. thanks.

On 11/11/19 my 2d echo showed grade 2 diastolic dysfunction, mild pulmonary hypertension, concentric lvh, la is mildly dilated, aortic sclerosis and stress test positive and suggested angiography which I have not perform till now. Yesterday 09/06/20 again went for ecg and 2d echo which showed normal ecg and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction only. Rest all are normal. Taking this medicines cilacar 20 mrng telday 40 night atorva gold 10 what change in medicine should I do now? Should I go for angiography? What should I do now?

Better to avoid angiography in such cases. Tmt is mostly giving wrong report in ladies with hypertension. Explain this to your dr, he may be forgetting and then ordering excessive invasive tests unnecessarily.

Hi, I have adenomyosis. I was on fibroease 25 mg and sevista 60 mg once weekly for 1. 5 years. Last march in 2nd week I have stopped the medicines. Now in last week of may, I had rectal bleeding, so my local doctor advised me to take pause mf for 3 days and I was just about to start my 1st day of period after 1 year, but because of pause mf I could not. I took pause mf because of rectal bleeding. Now my question is after how many days will I have my periods as I have stopped all the medication?

The rectal bleeding is a different problem altogether. The cause could be piles or fissure. Some lifestyle changes would also be required. As for periods, it will come on time but a repeat usg is important to assess the present status.

Hlw sir. Actually I want consultant about my testicles. Well let me tell you the whole story. Its since 4-5 years ago one night I feel very pain in my testicle after that we thought its hydrocele and one more thing in that same time I took consult with a doctor in my village and he was told to to take a course for "filaria" after that till now I felt my right testicle is very large compare to normal size and my right testicle is like a pea its very small some time I am confuse its there no not. So basically from my symptoms what you thing is this.in normal life there is no pain in my testicle until I hit it or some external hit. There is no uncomfortable. Please save me .thanks.

सर मैंने मार्च 2019 मै एंजियोग्राफी करवाई थी जो की नार्मल रिपोर्ट आयी है और ct angiogram bhi karwaya normal hai 2017 मै tmt test 2 bar करवाया तथा 2d echo 4बार करवा लिया कई बार ecg trop t test xray करवा लिया सब की रिपोर्ट्स नार्मल डोक्टोर्स मुझे pentoc or clonazepam देते है फिर भी मेरी चेस्ट मै हल्का दर्द बना रहता है कभी ठीक होता फिर होने लगता है और आजकल तेज चलने मै भी छाती के बीच मै दर्द हो रहा है सर एंजियोग्राफी के एक साल बाद ब्लॉक बन सकता है blockage बनने मै कितना समय लगता है or sir ये दर्द कैसे ठीक होगा क्या सर्वाइकल से ये दर्द होता है मुझे सर्वाइकल की प्रॉब्लम है
