I have dilated veins in my right side testicles no intense pain but it creates discomfort. It restricts me from standing and doing daily routine activities when I do so my lower body aches and also my stomach feels swollen and gas problem but when I rest its give me major relief but I am very embarrassed please help me when this problem started I was kid and I don't know anything now I am 20 years old and this discomfort has become my habit please help me how to get rid of this please also I have gym hobbies but it restricts me to workout please help me sir/ma'am please.
