I am 25 years old and I have left undescended testis near bladder. The size of the testis is 20*15 mm in the ct scan report. Please advise it can be moved to the scrotum with surgery or it needs to be removed.

Hello-
Surgery to fix undescended testicles is about 98% effective. In most cases, the testicles will develop normally in the scrotum. They produce healthy sperm later in life. Boys who had undescended testicles continue to have a slighter higher risk of testicular cancer.

Dear doctor, I am 27. I had developed varicocele in my left testes. I treated it with a surgery. Afterwards, I again started feeling pain and feel a mass of veins tied up together as it is done in surgery. I did check up and Dr. Said its hydrocele. Now, it sometimes shrink to normal size and sometimes become moderate when I feel aroused. I also feel pain in right tested near abdomen. My erection is good. But I feel pain if ejaculation occurs. I also cannot feel my left testes like my right testes. There is a little numbness. moreover, I feel pain knees and thigh bones.

I was suffering from urethral stricture in 2019 and I had done urotrommy. In 2019 then after 3 months I started uttarbasti ayurvedic treatment for permanent cure. I undergone 21 sittings. I feel completely ok for 6 months but after that I felt weak urine early in the morning when I wake up from bed. Then till evening it becomes ok. So I again did uttarbasti sitting for 6 days. Then after 2 months same problem persist. So I again did sitting of 6 day 3 to 4 time but still my problem not solved. When I wake up from the bed my urine is very weak and need to give pressure then after passing urine three to four times it become free. Please suggest best ayurvedic med to cure thisâ¦
