I am 25 years old and I have left undescended testis near bladder. The size of the testis is 20*15 mm in the ct scan report. Please advise it can be moved to the scrotum with surgery or it needs to be removed.

Hello- Surgery to fix undescended testicles is about 98% effective. In most cases, the testicles will develop normally in the scrotum. They produce healthy sperm later in life. Boys who had undescended testicles continue to have a slighter higher risk of testicular cancer.
