Hi lybrate-user don’t worry, your veins may have been injured but they’re present. They can be found by a specialist phlebotomist as and when the need arises hope this helps.

Hello. It would be helpful if you could specify since how long you have been taking these medicines and also since how long have you used alcohol. Erection problems could be psychogenic, or it could be the side effect of a medicine or long term use of alcohol. If it is causing hindrance in your sexual life, I suggest you consult a psychiatrist.

His seizure was probably related to his alcohol use, it is quite common to have seizure in alcohol users especially while they abruptly decrease the quantity of alcohol use or completely stop taking alcohol suddenly. Hi lybrate-user,
dexona has nothing to do with alcohol addiction treatment. Its not advisable to take any medicine without a clinician's advise. Please consult an addiction psychiatrist nearby, who can help you quit alcohol with safer and effective medications.

Hi Lybrate user,
appreciate that you are able to acknowledge your addiction and aware of the medicine which is working for u. Please don't switch over from medicine to medicine and try to adapt to the same medicine which is suitable to you irrespective of side effects, with the consultation of doctor. Meanwhile, try to keep your lifestyle active, consult a psychologist and work on your emotions. Join yoga and work on your breathe. This will help you in the long run. All the best.

Dear Ashika,
Your husband needs assessment, just like any other addiction. Then he needs to undergo motivational enhancement therapy for at least 12 weeks. If he has any psychiatric disorder along with this addiction, it has to be treated simultaneously. After that, he needs long term follow up to prevent relapses. Finally with the help of both the families, see that all his financial dealings are from joint accounts with you.

Hello lybrate-user. I'm so sorry to hear this. Alcohol is an addictive substance and any person can get dependant on it, especially if used over a long time or in heavy amounts. It is common for a person to lose his inner inhibitions and sensibility under alcohol intoxication, and get aggressive with oneself or others. To help with this, the best option is to consult your psychiatrist for a detoxification program.

Plan ahead. Like most things, failing to plan is planning to fail when it comes to quitting porn. Try meditation. Engage in physical activity.
