Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the query. Whichever insulin one may take there is no need to take any form of "glucose" to avoid "hypoglycemia" because if you are taking properly calculated insulin dosage then there will be no hypoglycemia. But if it does occur then taking a small amount of sugar or a candy can help overcome the same.
The insulin dosage needs to be based on both fasting and pp glucose levels. Plus when fasting level is above 140 mg, then your night dosage needs...more

They are slightly different in composition. So there will be difference in onset and peak action. However, you can try it and see whether the blood sugar control is acceptable. Your fasting and pp levels are high it should be below 130 and 180 respectively. Also get an hba1c done to have a better understanding of your blood sugar control.

If you have diabeties and any weight issue better to avoid any sugar. But if its not the case you can enjoy sugar in moderation. Because moderation is key to health. The problem with white sugar is its plain sugar and nothin else on the other handon the other hand, jaggery have additional stuffs which are good for health. But problem with local market jaggery is that it can contain some adulteration. So if it is not adulterated and free from any additives and good and organic, then it's better t...more

Hi. Alcohol and levocetrizine both cause drowsiness. So that it will be dangerous for you to drive or carry on with your daily activities. I understand that it is difficult to quit alcohol on your own when you have become dependent on it. Hi. Secnil forte is an antimicrobial medicine used to treat infections. It contains secnidazole as main ingredient. You should not consume alcohol while on medication as it may increase your infection. I advise is you to contact your doctor who has prescribed the above medication and get treated for the same.

Thanks for reaching out. Since you already had such high sugar levels and is now in control range, my advice to you is please continue taking m tablets as it will keep the sugar in check. In case you discontinue abruptly then you may feel well for the time being but when the levels will rise again (it will most definitely) then even tablets won't help control it, you will have to take insulin injections and also have serious kidney complications. Take care.
