It is very important to seek proper guidance and also make a plan for rehabilitation. Kindly talk your doctor so that your son can go for medical checkup as well as undergo required treatment (if necessary ). He can also be counselled by a psychologist / psychiatrist who can listen to him and give advise accordingly (he may have to go for a few regular sessions to begin with ). Later you can update the status here again for any further clarification.
