Getting out of addiction is tricky as it is a chronic disease like asthma or copd. It is advisable to seek consultation from a psychiatrist in person. There are many issues involved in successful treatment of addiction. Good luck.

Dear lybrate-user. I can understand. You are you. Whatever your behavior today, whatever your body language today are learned from your past experiences and social interactions. Whatever you have learned can be unlearned or over written. This is a continuous process happening throughout your life. In your present case I need to evaluate your behavior thoroughly before providing an answer. I suggest cognitive behavior therapy for you. Take care.

Dear Sandeep,
it is sad that you are dependent on tramadol at this young age.
Please reduce and stop it. You have to take help to keep your motivational level high to fight with withdrawal. Help has to be from friends, relatives, doctors, deaddiction and rehab centers, etc. It is a continuous slow process of withdrawal over probably next 12 weeks.
All the best and start the process. Use all the help possible.

Hello and welcome to Lybrate. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Frequent and habitual porn watching can have adverse effects on your mental health as well as physical health. You can quit this habit through behavioral therapy.
I suggest telephonic counseling and online psychotherapy for you.
You can contact me for further advice and treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
