Hi lybrate-user, based on the symptoms mentioned by you, it appears you are probably suffering from anxiety disorder. It is in your best interest if you consult a psychiatrist preferably in-person, who need to assess you in detail before formulating a management plan which will include few medicines along with counselling or psychotherapy. Dear Onthatile,
Urbanol has to be taken at night. You can take serdep during the day, if you remember to take it daily. People tend to forget daytime medications. At the age of 19 years, it better that you learn to manage your anxieties in non medical methods like JPMR or CBT

Dear Bhargav,
That is a good attitude at this young age. Congrats. Please continue exercises since your ecg is okay. Palpitations and chest heaviness may not go away with exercise alone. Meditation and pranayama will help in controlling them.
