Ideally, no. But there are instances where stimulants are tried in few cases. I would suggest not to try them.

I think there is need to optimise your treatment and enhance your social connections. I know it is difficult to find a meaningful reason to live sometimes. But it is a transient phase, keep calm and contact your paychiatrist for optimising your treatment and take cbt sessions from psychologist which will help you restructure your thoughts and thereby you shall know what to do for a living once you are better. All the best.

Keeping your age in mind I suggest you start with therapy along with medication. cognitive-behavioral therapy (cbt), a type of psychotherapy, is effective for many people with ocd. Exposure and response prevention (erp), a component of cbt therapy, involves gradually exposing you to a feared object or obsession, having you learn ways to re...more

If it is not suitable for you then kindly go for natural remedies with advanced psychological therapies. Only medication with never help to get rid of ocd in any way. So try therapies like lfms, mbcbt, eft, erp, bach medicine for better result. Consult a good psychologist or psychotherapist in your area. Otherwise you may get help from me.

Do sports (at home, if you feel more confortable) but 3x 30min/week.
Eat more greens, oilseeds, fresh fruits and food rich in magnesium such as: raw spinach, fish, beans, lentils, avocados, brown rice, bananas, figs and chocolate.
If you have a pet, cuddle with it more often and take care of it. It will make you shift your focus from anxiety to something else.
Try to catch the sun everyday for 10mins.
Check your levels of vit D and B12 (adjust with supplements if needed).
