She should be investigated further if she hads first time seizure at this age. Continue leviteracetam for her seizure disorder, post ictal confusion adn psychological changes occur but may be transient, better to get evaluated by a psychiatrist or a neurologist, if the confusion is prolonged. Brahmi may be given but thet will not be all. Please get evaluated.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach.
