It is not safe to take clonafit beta for this long, there is high probability that you will get dependent over it. It would be in your best interest if you discuss with your psychiatrist to consider tapering it to half after a week and stopping completely after another week. Fludac is absolutely safe to take in long term, even for years together. So, you should continue fludac without any doubt.
Regards.

Expose yourself to more sunshine - sunshine helps in releasing chemicals known as “feel-good-hormones”. More sunshine = more positive hormones = less anxiety.
Meditate - meditation is not something elusive anymore; it’s effects have been tested and studies have clearly shown that meditating reduces anxiety and stress to the point where meditative exercises are even used in therapy today.

Untreated anxiety is among the causes for suicide. Many a times due to stigma, poor treatment compliance, inadequate treatment, lack of awareness on the illness by patient as well as family leads to outcome like this. Consult an astute psychiatrist and take proper, regular treatment, life in more than 90% who seek treatment is achieved at near normal state. Good luck.

Hello
the above medications in the dosages are usually considered safe if you do not have any pre existing medical conditions especially heart diseases, diabetes etc. You can get an ecg done if not previously and show it to your doctor if its normal or not. But if you are feeling better then you can continue using it and if any problem arises you should consult with your treating psychiatrist or doctor immediately.
