ksharsutra is more effective treatment. there is no chance of recurrence after kshar sutra. you can start your work after 5 to 7 days. cost is variable and depends upon centres.

Fistula in Ano is known for recurrence. Normally they recur in 2-3 months but can happen even after 2-3 years. Fistula in routine course is not serious.

Sir I am 26, male. I have developed epidydimoorchitis 2 years back and is cured. Recently I got intense pain after masturbation and consulted doctor. Scan shows bilateral hydrocele. My urologist put me on antibiotics viz levoflox, chymoral plus and flotral. He is suggesting to masturbate on alternate days to get rid of infection. I am confused as sometimes erection for long is causing the pain. So is it advisable to do masturbation when on antibiotics?(now I am on week 4 of antibiotics but pain is no longer there).

firstly, masturbation is not a contraindication with antibiotics therapy.
Secondly, antibiotics therapy is not required so long (4 weeks of antibiotics is not at all advisable).
Thirdly, use (wear) tight underwear all the time so as to have no pain in testis in future.

Sir, i'm 17 years old and its been more than a month I am suffering from mild testicular pain, groin pain and lower back pain. When I had visited the doctor he gave me the medication related to epididymitis of 20 days I completed the course but pain got reduced but still pain was there so I ultrasound the scrotal and kidney through a best urocare in my locality, no problem was detected. Now i'm so depressed, I also read somewhere in the internet that after this epididymitis, the pain to completely resolved it will take time around 2 months. My was not so bad it improved but still there, I am not as normal as before. When I try to touch the scrotal part it felt pain.
