Hi, I had kshar sutra treatment in the recent past. It's been close to 20 days now. I see the wound is yet to heal, also there is some puss discharge. I do sits bath and apply metrogyl + megaheal daily My doctor says it wil take time. I am worried if the fistula gets back. Is there a solution? Or some suppository I can insert as I feel medicine does not reach the wound.

After kshara Sutra treatment proper dressing should be done regularly otherwise the fistula will reoccur so take care and apply medicines and do proper dressing. And visit your doctor regularly as recommended by your doctor.
