Hi lybrate-user
there are many strong forces in you despite yor substance dependence.
You are a player and have strong motive to go up.
You can definitely defeat the negative forces.
Drug dependence is a clinical condition.
Always better to stay in some de addiction facility or hospital so that you will get expert help.
Take care.

Hello patient
at this age, at the age of 25, 26, the hormone level is good, due to which more mind goes on sexual in your mind and there is no problem in it which you can control on your own.
The best solution to these things is to be with people. Because when you are alone then your mind goes more towards sexual.
Take care.

Unfortunately the tramadol tablets that you are taking are themselves a form of opioid tablets, and maybe as you have used them for such long, stopping them abruptly is causing you discomfort. Tapering them down is one option for you, or you can consult a psychiatrist for help. Other than that, sudden arkamin stoppage can also cause rebound hypertension, and so its tapering is also required.

Mr. lybrate-user, you do not get addicted to mirtazapine. There can be some withdrawal symptoms such as sleeplessness, irritability, but not with such a small dose.

As answered by my other colleagues, we need detailed history to know what is your underlying medical problem and the need for long term steroid therapy. Consult your physician to know the need for long term steroids. This question is better answered by a physician than psychiatrists.
