Dear user, I can understand. You must understand the difference between ALCOHOL ADDICTION and abuse. You can definitely quit alcohol in one go. Just stop it and swear not to drink again. Engage yourself in games and other engaging activities during evenings or when you feel the urge. Just a week, your habit should change. There are many other methods, which you can see through internet. The best method is what I suggested. Please try it without fail. Take care.

Detection of blood alcohol after last drink is different in different individuals. As your weight is 49 kgs, it is likely to be cleared quickly from your body as you might be having a lean built. Detection of alcohol in urine and blood also depends on the amount of alcohol taken in the last intake. But it can be said that in most cases it will become undetectable after 72 hours of last drink. It is advised that you take plenty of fluids and avoid caffeine.

Hello, There are safe limits of drinking 3 glass once a week is fine. But you should restrict to social drinking and not get addicted to it. People with gastritis get aggravated with alcohol intake. Since alcohol is empty calories too frequent intake can cause liver damage and weight gain. Responsible drinking is acceptable.
