Hello-
it's normal for guys to have one testicle a bit bigger than the other. A normal size difference is about the size of half a teaspoon —and usually the right testicle is larger than the left. In your case it sounds like something is going on and you need to see a doctor.

an epididymal cyst is a harmless fluid-filled growth on a man's testicle (testis). They are quite common and don't usually require treatment. Many men feel them and are concerned they have testicular cancer, but a doctor can usually tell the difference.

Hello-
a mild swollen testicle after an injury is common and often goes away after a few days. However, large, or sudden swelling should be immediately treated, as it may point to a more serious underlying condition.

It is entirely normal for one testicle to be bigger than the other. Many people find that the right testicle is slightly larger and the left hangs lower. A difference in size is usually nothing to worry about, though it can occasionally indicate a problem.

epididymis cysts are common and harmless. However, if you do discover a lump in your testicles it's extremely important to make an appointment with your doctor to rule out a more serious cause of a scrotum mass, such as a tumor or hernia.
