If you've already tried antibiotics and haven't seen improvement, it's important to follow up with your healthcare provider. They may consider further testing or imaging to understand the cause of the persistent symptoms. It's possible that the infection might be resistant to the antibiotics previously used, or there could be other underlying issues.
In addition to antibiotics, other treatments and recommendations may include:

Hello-
the testicles, or balls, are oval-shaped glands that form part of the male anatomy. They sit inside a thin sack of skin called the scrotum. As a person ages, the scrotum loses elasticity, and the skin starts to sag. Certain medical conditions can also cause the skin to appear saggy.
Skin loses its elasticity over time as a person gets older, and the effects of gravity start to become more noticeable everywhere on the body, including the testicles.

The symptoms you described, including nausea, vomiting, increased size and tenderness of the left testis, and hardness, can be associated with testicular torsion. While epididymitis can also cause swelling and pain in the testicles, the persistence and worsening of symptoms, as well as the changes in size and hardness, could indicate a more serious condition.

With physiotherapy, particularly exercises, you can strengthen the back muscles. That will help in reducing the load to l5-s1 region, which will have some effect in reducing the lower back pain. But the disease will remain as it is a mechanical problem which will not be reduced with medicines or exercises.

Hello-
during the final months of development, the testicles gradually descend into the scrotum. If this descent isn't completed at birth, the testicle usually descends within a few months. If your son has a retractile testicle, the testicle originally descended as it should, but doesn't remain in place.

Hello-
severe prostatitis can cause erectile dysfunction directly. In milder forms, the condition can produce painful ejaculation, which can certainly interfere with sexual pleasure and may lead to erectile dysfunction. Unfortunately this kind of ed needs much more than prostate treatment for recovery. Better consult a qualified ayurveda doctor for help.
