Info: female, 24 years old, unmarried, diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome but no other chronic conditions, I only take supplements and I don't take other medications, period is regular, average blood pressure 110/80, average resting heart rate is 73, haemoglobin is 13, thyroid normal I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome after more than a year of terrible unexplainable symptoms. I visited hundreds of doctors (but sadly no doctor told me about post exertional malaise and energy limit, and that if I keep overdoing my energy limit will keep becoming less and that I might eventually become bed ridden if I keep crashing). I reached a point when I crash whenever I leave the house and now I can only leave the bed to go to the bathroom. I could have not reached this point if any doctor informed me earlier about this before the illness I was very active.  i wish I can at least be able to leave home without crashing.  the crash hits the next day after activity and my body feels very heavy and I sweat a lot sometimes accompanied with shaking feeling. I need help. No doctor is giving me any advice. I have been taking l-carnitine for two weeks but no improvement. I need advice how to get back at least part of my energy. No one is helping me.

There are no objective diagnostic tests, verified biomarkers, curative medications or treatments for chronic fatigue syndrome. Primary goals of treatment are to manage symptoms and improve functional capacity. Initial treatment is individualised based on patients most severe complaints. Chronic but fluctuating disabilities require substantial lifestyle changes to carefully plan each days activities, conserve energy resources for most important tasks, and to improve quality of sleep.

I feel tired, fatigued and sleepy even if I sleep for 6 or 8 or 12 hours and I barely wake up in between. I have changed my routine to healthy eating and doing push ups after taking bath, which barely works. It has been like this for as long I can remember. I have taken every possible vitamin which even includes theragran m as well. These are the blood tests done over the years and all seem good: cbc, uric acid, stool occult blood, helicobacter pylori, serum hepatitis bs ag, thyroid, urine, urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, iron, glucose fasting, liver profile and vitamin b-12 but none of them explain the symptoms. I sometime feel pressure above ear and in the lower cheek/jaw feel dizzy when moving head in a fast manner and this started just about a week ago headaches sometimes very tired after waking up or doing almost anything fatigued feeling in muscles new symptoms: painless pressure around ear and back and jaw. It reduces when: 1. I close and apply a little pressure on the eyes 2. When tilting the head back, right or left. Or when tilting my head backwards it increases when applying pressure on temporal superficial a. These are the other symptoms: •feel very tired and sleepy after waking up or doing anything even after sleeping for about 7 to 8 hours and taking naps throughout the day •fatigued feeling in the muscles. •I have tried changing the routine, doing exercises, eating healthy, and taking numerous multi-vitamins. •these symptoms have been present for as long as I can remember. •my sleep is good, as I barely wake up in the night. •I started having headaches and have been feeling dizzy since about a week or two •stressed or pressured feeling above ear and in the jaw since about a week or two •dizziness even when moving head slightly.
