we can't label the child like that especially when he is under developmental age. I would recommend you to first get thorough physical check up including vision and hearing test. This will help you get the a clear picture. If these tests results would be ok then you may contact to a clinical psychologist/developmental psychologist for better guidance. All the best.

Kindly follow the advise of your child psychiatrist, give intensive occupational therapy and speech therapy. It is called multimodal approach. There is no fast cure or change with so called advertised products. Follow evidence based medicine and don't play woth your child s life. Good luck.

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. In the meanwhile follow this
moisturize frequently.
Avoid sudden changes in temperature or humidity.
Avoid sweating or overheating.
Reduce stress.
Avoid scratchy materials, such as wool directly in contact with skin.
Avoid harsh soaps, detergents, and solvents.
