It might be a mild case of nerve paresthesia, this will last for a few days to weeks and you will be alright. There not much to worry about. Only for a very small number of people does the condition becomes permanent.

Plz see a dentist and get the iopa done .if the caries has not reached till the tooth pulp, it can be restored with filling.
