You may do the following. But don't expect one day miracle. You will have to do it regularly.
Start a vitamin C and if you can then a multivitamin is more preferable.
Massage your gums with mixture of turmeric and a little amount of salt.
And if there is tar formation then go to a dentist and ask for scaling. As it cannot be removed otherwise.

Most probably you have a cavity in that tooth. Just consult a dentist. U might have to go for root canal treatment.

Hello Use paste of baking soda, salt and lemon juice. Brush with it and then brush with your regular toothpaste. Do it twice a week only. This will help you.

There could some reason for the sensitivity which needs to be checked. Please visit the dentist to remove the real cause for problem.
Alternative tooth paste called" Thermoseal RA" can be used. Apply on sensitive area. Keep for 20 - 30 mins and then rinse. Also avoid foods that increase sensitivity.

Hello First visit a nearby dentist to rule out the reason for sensitivity and earache. Opening and closing jaws for longer periods can cause earache. Also for sensitivity there might be some cavity in your teeth or food lodgement. So it is advised to visit a dentist for proper checkup. Regards

Hi mam,
one experiences tooth sensitivity after scaling since during cleaning dirt involving the gums is also removed and there are no side effects of scaling. Every individual is suggested to go for scaling once in every six months.
