Yup that's a common thing. U may have accidently broken some little fragment of teeth. U can meanwhile take some desentizing toothpaste for sensitivity and go to a dentist for the checkup of your concerned tooth cz you may need to smoothen edges of that teeth or reconstruct the lost part.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the sa...more

The time passes really quickly and those gums which are not filled right will be full of teeth in a very short period of time in the case of the droolers. A bright and cheerful smile can light up a room. However, if you have crooked teeth, you may be uncomfortable while smiling, posing for pictures, etc. In the past decade, orthodontic treatment has transformed, and now, thanks to invisible braces, people can get teeth straightening without worrying about aesthetic ramifications. ;

Many people consider braces to be expensive, time-consuming, and inconvenient, but overall, the returns of dental braces far outweigh all t...more

Dear lybrate-user
gum recession has different grades and needs to be assessed by a specialist to assign that grade to it.
After we have assigned a grade can we proceed for treatment. As you can imagine lower the grade-easier/lesser/more successful the treatment.
And as the grade increases the complexity/cost/treatment duration also increase with consequent lowering of prognosis and full recovery.
Please see a specialist near you.
