yes you need to take it seriously. You might need a session of cleaning of your teeth. And you need to maintain the oral hygiene nicely. Do visit the nearby dentist and also do luke warm water with salt rinse atleast 5 times a day. Take care.

Irregular brushing technique with worn out tooth brush will certainly cause the gums to bleed. Bleeding is also due to infected & swollen gums.
