If the teeth is erupted completely its simple to extract, so a dentist is more than enough, and no complication at all.
But should be careful if you are diabetic or any other medical problems.

Hi,
There are no side effects after extraction only certain restrictions post extraction. Mild discomfort, pain etc will be there which will subside with the prescribed medication.
Usually third molar erupts in a slightly deviated manner .An oral surgeon is specialized in removal of such teeth .but an experienced dentist also can do the treatment.

hello
you need to start with the medicines prescribed by doctor. you can do betadine gargles once or twice to reduce the swelling and ulcers. you can ask him to be on soft diet , have juices and shakes.

Yes you may, but do warm saline rinses 6-7 times daily for a week and avoid sharp food like chicken bones, fish etc. For few days.
