Hi,
There are no side effects after extraction only certain restrictions post extraction. Mild discomfort, pain etc will be there which will subside with the prescribed medication.
Usually third molar erupts in a slightly deviated manner .An oral surgeon is specialized in removal of such teeth .but an experienced dentist also can do the treatment.

Hi if the patient has being on antibiotics for 3 to 5 days then there is no reason why the tooth cannot be extracted as we can extract a paining tooth but not an infected tooth that too in some cases .A good antibiotics coverage followed by extraction is the only option which I can see according to your description.

Hello,
you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get a full mouth x-ray done to check the bone levels. Depending on that you can go for fixed prosthesis or implant. For bridge the neighbouring two teeth will also have to be reduced in size. Its better to go for an implant. The cost can range from Rs. 15,000-40,000/-.
