Hi
do not worry. He lost his milk teeth and permanent teeth will erupt around 6-7 years of age. If you are sure that all 4 teeth got completely lost without any piece remaining in his bone then either you can wait for 2-3 years for permanent teeth to erupt or can go to dentist for temporary replacement options for lost teeth. Take care.

Hello Lybrate user, I would recommend to use homeopathic medicine, hepar sulph 1m twice a day. Repeat it, if only needed. Also, you can rinse your mouth with salt water 3-4 times a day.
For more help/ consultation, you can contact me.
Have a good day.

Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. T...more

Please visit your nearby dentist. Usually deposits around the teeth causes pain and inflammation in gums. You might need cleaning of teeth (scaling and polishing) which might require single or two sittings depending upon the condition.

Hii. Yes you need to visit clinic. Because once the tooth fells down it won't grow again. You need a prosthetic tooth to restore it. Take care.
