abhi ap lockdown period me kali mirch powder and desi khand ya shakkar kekar mix karke garam pani se len ya honey se len.. 2 bar ya 3 bar. milk me 1/2 chammach haldi ubal kar piyen. garam pani me namak aur haldi mix karke 3 bar gargles kare.

2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC.
