On 20 mar 20 firstly I was feel some kharsh in my mouth. I was reported to doctor and he gave me medicine as aziomycin for three days. After that I feel some relief in my mouth. But I was not feel better as completely. I was again reported to doctor on 5 apr 20. Doctor says it is acute pharyngitis due to gas and acidity and given three days same as aziomycine with paracetamol 500 mg. I was feel better than after. But not as completely. Doctor advise to carry gargling with salt thee to four time in a day. I have carry the same but not giving me complete satisfaction in my mouth and neck. Now presently I have feel some pain my check and cavity in my teeth and also some irritation in my mouth while taking spitting in my stomach and feel ghutan in neck. please give me suitable direction.
