Keratosis develops in crypts of tonsils as they are blind pouches and retain food particles. Avoid sticky foods like noodles ,kurkure, cheesy material like burgers and pizza. Do regular oral rinse with water after every meal. If it doesn't subside .surgery may be done.

kikim please maintain oral hygiene and make a habit of saline water gurgle thrice a day avoid cold exposure and cold food and drinks even kept for warming out of refrigerator for long. Apart from these take a medicine Belladonna 200 twice a day for 5 and update the status.
