Hi, if you are looking for weight loss, for breakfast, you can have oats with milk / namkeen oats, wheat flakes with milk and fruit, vegetable sandwich, 1 egg and 1 toast with milk /tea. For lunch and dinner, have 2 chapatis with green vegetable, dal or non-veg, salad, curd. Avoid sweets, fried foods, junk foods, juices. Have buttermilk, whole fruits, sprouts in between meals. Have a light and early dinner (by 8: 00 pm). Son't skip meals.
