Take less of spicy foods and high carbohydrates. Take more of green vegetables and high fibre diet. Try to do some exercises and yoga in the morning to ensure good night's sleep. Try and avoid sleep during day. Take care.

Take smaller meals. Avoid fatty food. Avoid fast food. Take ample green leafy vegetables and fruits. Take whole grain cereals. Take meals 2 hours before going to bed. Exercise regularly (at least 150 mins per week).

I have seen the query. Whichever insulin one may take there is no need to take any form of "glucose" to avoid "hypoglycemia" because if you are taking properly calculated insulin dosage then there will be no hypoglycemia. But if it does occur then taking a small amount of sugar or a candy can help overcome the same.
The insulin dosage needs to be based on both fasting and pp glucose levels. Plus when fasting level is above 140 mg, then your night dosage needs...more

Since your ecg and echo are normal, it is less likely that it is due to heart. This may be due to gastritis.
Take smaller meals. Avoid fatty food. Take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables.
Exercise at least 150 mins a week.
Observe whether there is improvement in 15 days.
