dear hardik, for gastro problem ask you father to have a walk after every meal drinking more water will avoid gas problems. and for back pain apply heat fermentation twice a day for a week. if still feels pain then take ultrasonic therapy for back pain.

Hello lybrate-user. It seems you have a tendency to get gout. But it is good that you have started the brisk walking and runs. Try to control your diet. Cut down things that increases uric acid in the body. Avoid pulses (dal), coffee, chocolates, raw tomatoes, eggs, red meat.
