as you said your age is 32 and your bp is 130/90. Please be sure it was taken through a manual bp machine as it is the most accurate. Secondly if it is the same on manual as well then you should see your lifestyle. These days the work and lifestyle in your age group is very hectic which may lead to very bad lifestyle.
