Please clarify what do you mean by "I have thyroid problem" Because there can either Hypothyroidism which is less or nil production of thyroxine. Secondly there is hyperthyroidism where there is excess thyroxine production by the thyroid gland. So it is necessary to know what is the situation. Thyroid is present in all of us. : Do aerobic exercises like Brisk walking , Jogging , Running , Cycling or Swimming at least 30 minutes every day .
: Low calorie low cholesterol diet -- Avoid Sweets , Carbonated beverages , Non Veg food , Junk Food , Cheese , Butter and Ghee. Eat more of fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water .
