lybrate-userji, Thanks for the query.
TSH 1.04 mU/L, is within the normal range. This means the dosge of Thyroxine that you are taking is good enough. Continue the same. Then check TSH after 6 months. Thanks.

First take blood test to know whether you have thyroid.
Then Consult with reports.
Symptoms alone cannot decide thyroid problems.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. There is no special food for hypothyroidism, plus it is not a curable disease. Being a hormone deficiency disease, regular hormone supplement in adequate dosage, is the only treatment. As regards some precautions - avoid soy beans and soy containing foods. Avoid bakery items, breads, pastries and colas. Always use whole grain flour for roti and chapati. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads. Thanks.

Lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
TSH 3.9 mU/L, is good, with in expected limit. When on treatment with adequate dosage of Levothyroxine, TSH is maintained around 3 to 4 mU/l, at which most of the symptoms are in check. You will have to continue taking the same dosage as you are taking at present. Please do not stop the treatment. Thanks.
