Other items are
1.added sugars and sweets.
2.fast foods and fried foods
3.highly processed foods and meats
4.gluten containg grains and foods
5.high glycemic fruits
6.of course dairy and eggs should be avoided.

There is doubtful, are you a patient of hyperthyroidism or sybacute thyroditis.
Please recheck esr which might be more than 50 ,may go to 100. C-reactive level may also be elevated.
Patient initially hyperthyroid with low level of tsh and elevated t4. They sometimes become transiently hypothyroid with high tsh and low t4.
Please confirm exact diagnosis as treatment is important in both.

Although tsh is well in range but there are many conditions where we need tsh less than 2.5 like pregnancy.
Are you using tata /tata lite iodised salt in salad and fruits.
Are you taking tab. Thyroxine empty stomach with gap of at least one hour for tea or milk.
Avoid calcium ,iron ,soya in breakfast.
Avoid cabbage in diet.

Increase dose of thyronorm to 100 mcg. Take empty stomach
take iodised salt in salad and fruits. Gap of at least one hour between tablet and tea, avoid cabbage and soybean.

All reports are within normal range except for raised eosinophils you should have given tlc report also know the exact number of eosinophils
do you have any history of allergy or urticaria repeated cough and cold or history if shortness of breath on exertion
in the mean time deworm yourself
take tablet albendazole (zentel) 400 mg daily for 3 days then repeat only tlc and dlc and absolute eisinophilc after 10 days if still high eodinophils then consult me privately for advice.
