There is no cure for hypothyroidism but treatment can keep the condition in control and you can lead a normal life. Treatment of hypothyroidism has only one option which is thyroid replacement medication (synthetic drug for example levothyroxine). Meanwhile there are few various options for treating hyperthyroidism. These include: anti thyroid drugs such as propylthiouracil and methimazole, beta blockers, radioactive iodine, surgery (thyroidectomy).

Thyroid causes include other conditions affecting the thyroid gland and leading to hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. Hypothyroidism can be checked easily through a simple blood test. Your doctor will check your hormone levels to determine if you have hypothyroidism. However, in case of hyperthyroidism, your doctor will examine your thyroid gland to find out if it is bigger than the usual size. Your fingers might also shiver when you hold them out straight.

Grade 1 is slightly impaired diastole. It is common finding in people over age 60 yrs.
The fact of the matter is true diastolic dysfunction is indeed serious. There is no cure for diastolic heart function. But the symtoms can be managed
how to treat
1. Quit smoking
2.lower sodium intake.
3.increase aerobic exercises. It should be regular.
Diuretics may help to relieve.
