Secondly there is hyperthyroidism where there is excess thyroxine production by the thyroid gland. So it is necessary to know what is the situation. Thyroid is present in all of us. Hypothyroidism with high TSH can lead to infertility and if pregnancy develops may affect fetal growth and outcome of pregnancy. ...more
