Left side continuous headache could be primary in nature i.e. There is no other underlying cause or secondary i.e there could be some other cause which may trigger headache like sinusitis, injuries, inflammations. Hi, yes, there is a strong relation with eye-sight having refractive errors causing headache. The eyes during accommodation for normal vision sends signals to the brain, when there is mismatch like what happens in refractive errors then vision center in brain has to face extra load identifying and correcting the signals. 1. Take adequate night sleep
2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache
3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.
Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime.
