1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily,
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Take adequate rest
4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours

Hello, it's important to figure out what type of headache is causing your pain. If we know your headache type, we can treat it correctly. I think you are suffering from tension headache, the most common type, feel like a constant ache or pressure around the head, especially at the temples or back of the head and neck.
Take bc no. 12, 5 tabs twice daily and kali phos 6x, 5 tabs at bed time.

Most probably it's a tension headache. You can take some pain killers for the acute episodes but it's just symptomatic treatment. Yoga, distressing exercises will definitely going to help you.

Hello,
headache may be of many causes, like gastric, eye sight weakness, migraine. Go for a eye sight checkup, use proper light to study. Take belladona 200 twice a day.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination

Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through a crescent steam inhaler, eight hourly and Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination

2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5.
