If symptoms seem to improving you should continue the treatment you are talking for few more days, and most likely you will be alright. However if symptoms worsen you should get a chest x ray and cbc done. And get your blood sugar and bp checked. Approach a physician, he will guide you regarding this.

Start with pan 40 once daily in morning and becosule once daily in evening
drink water according to your thirst only
do not drink excess water as of now
include fruits in your diet daily
no food from outside
