Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). The titre of widal to 1: 40 is very non specific titre; Title more than 1: 160 or 1: 320 is more helpful in diagnosing typhoid. However you can repeat the widal test after 4 to 5 days if the title is rising that is from when it is going up to 1: 80 or 1: 160 to 320 one can safely say that a person is suffering from typhoid fever or enteric fever.

*refrain from consumption of alcoholic drinks before bed.
*avoid large meals and beverages late at night.
*it is good to exercise, but not too late in the day.

Do regular exercise like push ups, sit ups, plank etc to lose weight but according to your height you should have 80 kg. Eat small amount of food. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Drink water specially before meals. Use watery vegetables, whole fruits. Take extra fish, egg white, lean meat to reduce fat. Use healthy fat small amount. Use lukewarm water after meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink water 3 lit/day. Take proper rest.

Hi for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.
